We will accept size exchanges on Corsets. Due to these being less of an "intimate" item, we can return these to stock.
Any exchanges must be returned to us in original, unworn condition. Please do not remove tags before being certain
that
it fits. You will still need to email us to arrange the return, and be
given an RMA number. Shipping costs will be your responsibility, and
we will ship the new item(s) back to you at a fixed cost of : $5.00
Please still consult the sizing chart before ordering :)
We WILL NOT issue refunds on any of our items.
Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary and general common sense reasons, we do not accept returns of any kind.
We cannot re-sell these goods, and any RTS, or returned products will be disposed of with no refunds given.
An exception to these guidelines are on manufacture defects on any of the items. You may request an RMA number, which will allow us to replace the item with the exact same thing. We will fully inspect the replacement to ensure that there will not be any further action needed. If we cannot reach a reasonable solution for the issue, a refund will be issued less all incurred shipping costs.
Email us if you have any defective products, and we will reply to you with instructions. Please consult the sizing chart before placing ANY orders, as we will not return, or exchange intimates for a different size.
